One Culver

The goal of the One Culver project is to reposition and transform an inward-facing single-tenant Sony Pictures Plaza building, into a multi-tenant, outward-facing project with ground level retail, public spaces, and amenities that define the creative office experience.

The project is the reposition and renovation of an existing 8 story office building with ground floor retail uses served by a 3 level below grade parking structure. The scope of project includes improvements to the building common areas including all ground areas including public space and facades, elevator lobbies at levels 1-3, and elevator cabs, and valet area; and exterior landscape and hardscape improvements.
